BUT HE'S SO DAMN PRETTY AS A PUNK :D
I wish i could be half that cool. And half that skinny.

This is my half of an arttrade with ~ Kourumi who should be a fashion designer
For some reason, i really like the way his face and skin coloring turned out, i tried to match it best as i could. I used no references, cause my sister likes him and i kinda learned how to draw him from memory. "Once you draw something you never truly forget how to do so."
(is it marik or is it malik kouri-san?)

Actually it's spelled both ways... It's an Arabic name, so it should be spelt "malik," but because it's transfered to Japanese it ends up as "marik" or "mariku"... All three are pronouced the same...
That and Kids4 can't seem to translate things right..><

shadings, i do a different layer for each individual item-"skin" "buckles" "shoes" stuff like that. and then the background was about 5 layers of multiply/color dodge whatnot nonsense :O_o:

woha...mani usualy have a layer for all color then one for shading and lighting, one for bg and one for the lines- woha, that IS five.
